Modernization of looms
JSC "Textilmach"
offers services of modernization and repair looms type
STB in order to:
1. Increase
productivity of loom STB of the first generation
manufactured before 1982. Overhaul of them is effected
with replacement of worn-out parts for parts and units
of looms of the second generation developed taking into
consideration the experience of operation and the remarks
of the buyers;
2. Increase
productivity by 20-30% of looms STB of the second
generation, produced after 1982. This is achieved by
replacement of the picking angle 140o (STB-180, 220)
and the picking angle 105° (STB-250, 330) for the
picking angle 120°; by installation of heald frames
with broad heddle guide and plate heddles;
3. Improve
the quality of produced fabrics by means of equipping
looms with weft accumulators, weft controllers, by means
of installing an electromechanical warp let-off and
tension system to eliminate start strips and full operation
of beams;
4. Expansion
of assortment possibilities of looms STB due to:
- installation of additional selvage
formers;
- changing one-color looms into two-
and four-color ones;
- installation of a dobby with electronic
control for 20 sections (18 healds) with optimization
of heald motion;
- equipping with a four-color weft
color change motion driven from the dobby with maximum
repeat of weft change up to 500 wefts either a jacquard
ma-chine with repeat equal to the weave repeat of
the jacquard machine or an individual programmer with
maximum repeat up to 1500 wefts;
5. Increase density
of produced fabrics by means of equipping looms
with slay mechanism with oft beating, intermittent cloth
let-off, backrest system of the original construction.
Performance of this
work is effected with a high quality, in optimal time
limits and at reasonable prices thanks to much experience
of production, adjustment, and modernization of looms
series STB and also thanks to availability of spare
parts and units of own manufacture.
