Designed to produce tyre
cord fabrics from cotton, viscose, kapron and other
threads according to the corresponding standards.
To ensure cord weaving the
loom is additionally equipped with:
- Electromechanical cloth regulator to form technological
packed stripes;
- Two-color weft change motion with electronic control
for automatic switch to produ-cing packed stripes
and loom break on producing the specified metric area
in the roll;
- Remote cloth station;
- Beam station to ensure warp threads feed from bobbin
carrier;
- Loom terminal for cloth length calculation.
