Loom STBU-PL
Shuttleless projectile
looms STBU-PL is designed to produce fabrics from polypropylene
flat threads with width up to 5 mm.
The looms may be manufactured
with reeding widths 180, 220, 250, 280, 330, 360, 390
cm in 2 and 1 color performance. Manufacturing looms
with reeding width 160 and 190 cm is possible.
The looms are manufactured
with shedding box and are supplied with feeder, button
start, and also elements for automatic control and management
of parameters:
- electrical control of weft thread integrity;
- two zone warp stop motion;
- light signaling of loom stop due to different reason;
- weft number counter.
The looms may be equipped with electromechanical
warp let-off and tension system, cloth remote station
with cloth winding diameter up to1 meter.
