1. "IRO-Lazer"
- weft thread accumulator of joint manufacture
with the firm IRO, Sweden, one-, two-, four-color
modifications, designed to reduce breakability
weft threads, to increase productivity of the
equipment and quality of the produced fabric.

KUN and UKU - high-performance electronic
weft controllers of integrity of weft threads
in all the width of the produced fabric in one-,
two-, four-color modification to increase quality
of the produced fabric.

3. Dobbies:
- KRU-20 ME - rotary dobby
with electronic control for 20 sections (18 healds)
for looms of all series with reeding width up
to 250 cm and rotational speed of the main shaft
up to 300 rpm. Maximum repeat up to 5500 wefts.
- Type. 2665
STB of joint manufacture with the firm "Stäubli"
with electronic control for 20 working sections
(18 healds) and maximum repeat of weave up to
6400 wefts.

4. Electromechanical
warp thread let-off and tension system from
one or two beams individually to ensure evenness
of let-off of warp threads, to reduce breakability
and to increase quality of the produced fabric,
to eliminate start stripes. The above-stated advantages
become especially distinctly apparent when operated
together with a low-inertial backrest system.

5. Loom control
station of own manufacture
or joint manufacture with the firm "Siemens",
Germany, to control all the accessories and additional
equipment of the loom and to automate the weaving
process.

Modernization units:
a. Two-color
weft change motions, controlled:
- from feed shaft with repeat 1/1 (mixer);
- from dobby;
- with electronic control with repeat up to 8000 weft.
b. Four-color
weft change motions, controlled:
- from dobby;
- with electronic control with maximum repeat up to
5500 wefts;
- from a jacquard machine with a repeat equal to the
weave repeat of the jacquard machine.
c. Selvage
forming motions:
- with weave with cutting and withdrawal of false selvage.
d. Teeth
pulley of the guide of the projectiles channel -
effective when producing delicate fabrics and fabrics
with increased density of warp: reduces friction and
breakability of warp threads, fabric soiling, increases
quality of the fabric, eliminates longitudinal stripes.
JSC "Textilmach" can effect:
- Modernization
of looms STB to ensure production of special fabrics
- with increased density with packing factor up to 1,4,
with minimum reeding width up to 39-40 cm, with processing
special types of fabric both in warp and in weft, threads
of shape twist.
- Modernization
of looms STB made before 1982:
- reequipping looms from one-color
modification into two- or four-color modification;
- reequipping looms from two-color
modification into one- or four-color modification;
- Increasing productivity of looms
by 15% - 30%.
